We are continuously checking our prices to ensure we are competitive. If you are ordering more than one item and one or more of them are offered by one of our competitors at a lower price with a comparable level of service we will attempt to match the price for you. Please ensure you include all items that will be ordered at the same time on your enquiry. The items you have found cheaper should be listed in the boxes provided below and any additional items on the order listed in the larger box further down the page.

Any price match will be offered only for as long as the prices advertised at the time the request was made remain the same or until the end of the month the offer was made in. Any price match will only be offered as long as all the items listed with it are ordered at the same time for delivery to the same address. Therefore please ensure you will be ready to order within a few days of the date you submit your request. This service is ONLY available online. Please do not contact our Call Centre to request a Price Match as they will be unable to assist you.

This offer does not apply to prices you have been quoted for graded goods, seconds, spares, accessories, or specially discounted goods. Direct Electricals does not supply graded goods or seconds.

The price match relates to goods advertised on our web site and does not apply to sales once they have been confirmed. Please do not attempt to place your order before a price match has been agreed. We will consider all price match requests, including those excluded in the above, however, any price match will be offered at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse a price match at any time, especially if offering the price match will adversely affect the level of service we are able to offer. Although we reserve the right to refuse a price match the majority of price match requests are accepted.

Please use the form below to request your Price Match. We will require your full address so we can calculate the exact delivery costs. Please enter the make and model of the item required and the price you wish us to match in the boxes provided along with a direct link to our competitors’ page (This can be copied from the address bar of your browser when you are on the page where you saw the item cheaper).

Price Match requests take considerably longer than normal quotes as they must be verified and authorised. We will reply to your Price Match request by email as soon as possible. If your request for a Price Match is successful you will receive a Ref. Number in your reply, this number must be entered in the "Special Instructions" Box on the Online order form.
