REPAIR WARRANTY | CARRIAGE COSTS

All repairs carried out are covered by 3 months service warranty. This covers only the parts fitted to complete the repair / service and is not a warranty against other faults that may develop, nor does it cover your sending and return costs. If your appliance is under a 3 month repair warranty and you are unable to bring it to our Dunstable Service Centre and would therefore like to arrange a Collection and Return or Collection only then please select the relevant option from below. Collection and Return are both available as a separate service if required. Failed collections or returns will be charged at the specific rate before they are re-booked. If you brought an item in for repair but are unable to collect it yourself you can select the relevant return only option.

Small parcels relate to any parcel less than 10Kg and less than 1 meter in any single direction. Larger parcels relate to any parcel less than 20Kg and between 1 and 2 meters in any single direction. We can not arrange collection or return on parcels larger than 2 meters in any single direction or over 1 meter in more than one direction. For Collection please ensure the item is adequately packaged for transport by courier, we recommend the item be placed inside a strong cardboard box with a minimum of 3-4 cm’s of packing material all round the item in the box (polystyrene, bubble wrap or screwed up newspaper etc). Upon receipt of your repair order you will be contacted by our Service Team to arrange a suitable date for the collection.
