Manufacturers Delivery and Contact Details
Delivery of most items is usually within 7-15 working days to most parts of the country, Please allow 10 – 20 working days for American Style Products (Including all US and European Side by Side Refrigeration and US Laundry) and Range Cookers and associated Products (Range Hoods etc.). You will be contacted by the delivery company prior to the actual delivery to book the delivery date, contact is usually made by Email (initially) and / or Phone (preferred). These time scales are approximate and may vary slightly with different manufacturers. In the event that the manufacturer advises a significantly longer lead time than expected we will contact you to advise you of the delay and discuss your options with you. We are aware of delays on some brands / items, those affected are listed on our Known Delays Page at: http://www.callde.co.uk/known_delays.asp If at any time you wish to chase or enquire on an existing order please use the Tracking Form at http://www.callde.co.uk/ordertracking.asp. Please include your online order number (if you have received your invoice please include the Customer Number from the top left hand corner) and your Invoice Address post code. Fast Track is available on most of the brands we offer, this is a faster delivery option and also includes delivery to room of choice, unpacking and inspection, and removal of unwanted packaging if requested (on some of the smaller items it is just a faster delivery service). If Fast Track is available it will be offered to you when you add your purchase to the shopping basket. There is a surcharge for Fast Track, in most cases there will be a discount for additional items on Fast Track from the same manufacturer which will be automatically applied in your shopping basket. In most cases our Free Delivery service is a one man delivery to your door. If feel you may require a higher level of delivery service (2 man delivery to room of choice, unpacking etc) please select Fast Track on your purchase, you may discuss your requirements further with our ordering team when they contact you. We can only arrange standard delivery to GB Mainland addresses. If you wish to order an item but do not live on the GB Mainland please use the Quote Form to contact us and we will advise you of the available options (Please include the make and model of each item to be ordered and state in the Additional Information Box that you are enquiring on cost of delivery to a Non Mainland Address otherwise the response you receive will only include the standard delivery). Most of the items from these manufacturers are available through this web site, where possible we have provided links to the manufacturers own web sites so you can check further details of models you may be interested in. If you find a model listed on a manufacturers site but can't find it listed on our site please click here to enquire on it.
