Known Delays
Items listed on this page are known to be
delayed at the manufacturers. The indicated times are approximate and
subject to no further delays during production. All delays are subject to
change depending on seasonal demand variations at the manufacturers and may
also be affected by Factory Holiday periods, changes will be displayed here.
Changes to delays do not usually affect existing orders. If in doubt about
an order you have already placed please use our
tracking form
This page shows only those products that we are
aware of a delay for, all items displayed on this web site are subject to
availability. We only hold stock for deliveries in our local area so if you
require delivery outside our local area or the item is not indicated as "In
Stock" on this site then upon receipt of your order we will
place an order with the manufacturer for the items you requested. In the
event that we are advised of a delay at this stage that we were not already
aware of we will contact you to discuss your options. If you decide that you
wish to have one of the next batch due in reserved with the manufacturer for
you then full payment will be taken for the order and the delivery team
will contact you once the goods are ready for dispatch. If you choose not to
proceed with the order any reservations against you card will be cancelled.
Deliveries to Scotland and some remote areas of
England and Wales are likely to take longer.
