Known Delays
Items listed on this page are known to be
delayed at the manufacturers. The indicated times are approximate and
subject to no further delays during production. All delays are subject to
change depending on seasonal demand variations at the manufacturers and may
also be affected by Factory Holiday periods, changes will be displayed here.
Changes to delays do not usually affect existing orders. If in doubt about an
order you have already placed please use our tracking form
This page shows only those products that we are
aware of a delay for, all items displayed on this web site are subject to
availability. We do not hold stock so upon receipt of your order we will
place an order with the manufacturer for the items you requested. In the
event that we are advised of a delay at this stage that we were not already
aware of we will contact you to discuss your options. If you decide that you
wish to have one of the next batch due in reserved with the manufacturer for
you then full payment will be taken for the order and the delivery company
will contact you once the goods are ready for dispatch. If you choose not to
proceed with the order any reservations against you card will be cancelled.
Deliveries to Scotland and some remote areas of
England and Wales are likely to take longer and deliveries to AB, IV, KW, PA
and PH postcodes are subject to a
delivery surcharge (as are all Furniture Deliveries to Scotland)
The estimated delivery times shown are for the
standard delivery, Fast Track will usually save between 1 and 2 weeks on the
delivery time. If you select Fast Track on your order you will receive a
call from our ordering team, they will advise you of both the Fast Track
lead time and the standard delivery lead time so you can choose which best
suits you.

Liebherr
|
Some items are taking an extra few days above the standard
lead time. Commercial items likely to take about 1
week longer than standard lead time. Fast Track on this brand is approximately
7-10 working
days (10-15 on Commercial). |
Rangemaster
|
Most items made to order, please allow up to 2 weeks above the
standard lead time. Fast Track is subject to delays
as items are made to order but will always be at least 2
weeks faster than the standard free delivery service. |
Smeg
|
Most items delayed, please allow an extra few days above the standard
lead time.
Fast Track on this brand is approximately 10 working
days. |
General
|
Most manufacturers have a factory shutdown at some point
during the usual School Summer Holidays and over the
Christmas / New Year period. All manufacturers endeavour to
hold sufficient stock to carry them over these periods but
delays are sometimes unavoidable. Made to order items will
take longer during these periods.
If you place an order in December and want Pre
Christmas delivery we suggest you select Fast Track as this
is traditionally a busy period and delays are likely on the
free service. For American Style Products and Range Cookers
and associated products we suggest using Fast Track from mid
November onwards. |
