Why Rent? This is question that is frequently asked. The main reason we find people deciding to rent  is that with technology changing constantly such as the VHS / Betamax revolution in the 80's and the DVD / Lazer disc in the 90's along with 4.3 and 16.9 television rental screens of late which is now fast becoming old technology with the advent of LCD and Plasma screens which now can be hung on the wall and have superb dolby digital sound systems linked to them it is not a wonder that people are turning to rental to enable them to keep up to date with the changing technology.

Service is something that View Direct take very seriously. To the customer it means that if a TV Rental or Washing Machine Rental was unfortunate to have a fault then all you need to do is call our service department on 01582 699988. If you you call before 10am in the morning then we will call out that day and for calls recieved after that time we guarantee to call out within 24 hours (Excluding Sundays and Bank holidays. On recieving a service call it is then routed to one of our qualified engineering personnel who will call to your home to either repair the item or if all else fails will replacement the item with one which he will have on board his vehicle. Our mission is to make the job of booking a service call as  painless as possible. Their is no charge for service calls.
